It doesn’t get any better than crawfish and jambalaya for people from Louisiana!
We were asked to cook up an associate appreciation meal for a Walmart Super center that won store of the year in 2020.
1000lbs of crawfish, along with 800 ears of corn. 225 lbs of potatoes and 100 lbs of sausage, along with onions, celery and garlic…. it was delicious!
But that wasn’t all… we couldn’t do this meal without fixing 300 lbs of chicken and sausage jambalaya for them also
Needless to say everything went terrific and Walmart and their associates were very happy and well fed!
On to the next adventure….
