Today was a busy day and a chance for us to try to help to areas.
I took one trailer and cooked in Hammond Louisiana at St.Paul Lutheran.
This event was sponsored by Sunland construction.
They have been a great supporter of the work we do.
My hat is tipped to them. Such a great group of volunteers!
We served our simple and go to menu. Chicken and sausage jambalaya, shrimp pastalaya and vegetables, with cookies and Hawaiian rolls!
