A day of receiving gifts

Cooking in St. Louis

We use a lot of smoked sausage when we cook. Depending on the event and the number of people we want to serve we can use anywhere from 100lbs to 200lbs of smoked sausage at one serving.

This week we received a generous donation of cut sausage from our friends at Trinity Lutheran in Sulphur Louisiana. Three ice chest full of some tasty, good old fashioned smoked sausage from a family owned meat market in Iowa Louisiana, pronouncedĀ eye’-oh-way.

Thank you to Butch Tinker for organizing this donation, and the members of Trinity Lutheran for helping make this a success! If you live in Southwest Louisiana and need a church home, look them up! Here is a link to their Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/Trinity-Lutheran-Church-185578007818
