We get asked to cook for various events throughout the year. Certain events you have to clear your schedule and attend. This grand opening event was one of them. The Samaritan Center is a wonderful organization in Mandeville Louisiana that cares for those who are in need. A surprise for me lay in store also. I was asked to do the opening prayer and blessing of this beautiful facility. I read from Matthew 25 and the words of our Lord as spoke how we are to care for our brothers and sisters who are in need. The Samaritan Center does just that. Thank you Samaritan Center for letting us be part of your special day!
