I am a second career Lutheran minister serving The Village Church in Lacombe Louisiana. Over twenty years ago I found and then developed a passion for cooking and serving people. Along with my wife Peggy, we have strived to serve people our delicious Louisiana style cooking. To think this love all started because of a small cast iron pot!
