Today’s was a good day of seeing how everything would fit in the new trailer.
As you can see, it fits! This is our basic package of equipment that allows us to cook and serve about 1000 meals at a time.
Next step is installing e-track and some shelving.
We are getting close to using this new rig! I cannot wait!!
