Trailer outfitting
The new bumper pull trailer continues to come along nicely. Our E-tracking got installed and this week we had two shelves made and a ramp extension for the back door. We have a new piece of equipment for our work. A Cajun Kooler was purchased to help us fight the oppressive heat we typically have to deal with on our deployments. Test fit with new trailer
Today’s was a good day of seeing how everything would fit in the new trailer. As you can see, it fits! This is our basic package of equipment that allows us to cook and serve about 1000 meals at a time. Next step is installing e-track and some shelving. New Truck Day
Today was a day that was long in the making. We picked up our new F250 from Hub City Ford in Lafayette. As you can see, it is a beautiful truck! More to come on current events shortly
Chef Soirée
This past Sunday we were able to help the Youth Service Bureau with their annual Chef Soirée event. The shrimp and grits were a hit! Nothing but compliments on our food that night. I hope we are able to come out and take part next year
