Hospice House Crawfish Cookoff

Chef Lou was at it again this weekend as we supported the Hospice Home in Slidell at their annual fundraising event.

Chef Lou and the crew boiled 57 sacks (over 2100lbs) of crawfish on Saturday.

Big thanks to Walmart for making this possible.

Also a shout out to Krazy Kajun for building us this boiling pot a few years ago, it is an incredible piece of equipment.
