Chef Soiree Recap

Another great event is in the books. The weather on Sunday evening was a little chilly, but that did not stop the annual fundraiser for the Youth Service Bureau. To learn more about them at https://www.ysbworks.com/

We had two tables at the event. One for our home church, The Village Church Lutheran and one for Forged by Fire Services. Our church table served the delicious pork and sausage jambalaya and FBF served shrimp and grits.

This year the shrimp were donated by the Louisiana Seafood and Marketing board. https://www.louisianaseafood.com/

The gulf shrimp were beautiful and delicious! Thank you for that incredible donation.

This year S & W wholesale foods from Hammond helped each supporting table with a gift card to be used for our purchases of supplies from them. Another great organization that helps their community by supporting events such as these.
